SJETRC(Shanghai Jiwei Engineering Technology Research Center) was founded by Prof.Wang Wenfeng, chief scientist of Shanghai Lingang International Artificial Intelligence Industry Research Institute.Its development process shows as follows:

In Jun of 2018, Shanghai Lingang International Artificial Intelligence Industry Research Institute was established by Lingang Science Investment (invested on behalf of Lingang Group), CocoSpace (CocoSpace Investment (Shanghai) Limited Company), CocoSpace Capital (Shanghai CocoSpace Investment Management Co., Ltd.).

In October of 2020, with the support of Wei Feng, founder of Cocoa Capital, Sheng Yuhui, CocoSpace Chief Science Innovation Officer, officially invited Professor Wang Wenfeng to serve as the Chief Scientist of Shanghai Lingang International Artificial Intelligence Industry Research Institute. In November, Prof.Wang Wenfeng co-founded The International Academy of Visual Arts and Engineering with scientists from 12 countries, they discussed the issue of co-organizing the World Conference on Intelligent and 3D Technologies, and Prof.Wang Wenfeng was unanimously recommended to be the chairman of the conference.

In February of 2021, with the support of CocoSpace, Prof.Wang Wenfeng established Shanghai Jiwei Engineering Technology Research Center.In March, Prof. Wang Wenfeng has been invited to be the editor-in-chief in International Journal of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, International Journal of Applied Nonlinear Science. In May, Springer Nature has agreed that Prof.Wang Wenfeng will be the chairman of the World Conference on Intelligent and 3D Technologies. The paper will be included in Springer Nature and indexed by EI.
